I was born and raised in Türkiye and moved to the Netherlands at the age of 24.
Since arriving here, I have found myself somewhere between defining who I am not and searching for what I might become. Photography became a way for me to navigate this in between state, an ongoing attempt to make sense of place, distance, and belonging. Working mainly with street photography, my images grow out of walking, observing, and spending time in cities that are not entirely my own. Rather than claiming familiarity, my work stays close to uncertainty, attentiveness, and the quiet moments of transition.
This space reflects that process unfinished, evolving, and open ended.
